"No room service no iron on telephone to call front desk bathtub was overly horrible scrapped up and nasty definitely need water shoes to stand up in shower pictures does not match website the only good thing is beach view "

"Some staff was great was where rude. Room was run down. The view was AMAZING! Room service was horrible. We couldn’t get someone to clean our room till the day we left. After they “cleaned” we didn’t get clean towels or toilet paper. Only made one of the beds because my laptop was on the other bed and they can’t move our things in order to clean our room. Good things about the hotel, bartender was friendly, good breakfast, heated pool for the cool days. Did I mention the view? Would I stay here again. Yes. I can pass the service. Now I know I need to ask them in detail. "

"The food was ok. The pool could have been slightly warmer but it was fun. The room was not the cleanest and there was a few bugs that grossed me out but they came and sprayed right away and bleached and cleaned the room while we were out. The view is amazing and most of the staff were amazing. "
