Cozy studio in the heart of Seaside walking distance to the beach

Perfect location in the heart of Seaside, between the commercial district and beautiful Ruskin Place, just steps to all the action and a short walk to the beach. You will get 2 beach wristbands to access the private Seaside beach at the Coleman Pavilion. This cozy and charming studio is bright and modern. It has recently been updated. There is a king size bed, dining table, smart TV and fully stocked kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is one full bathroom with a shower and a closet for storage. This is a perfect unit for a couples get away. Parking is first come first serve. There is no reserved parking spots. We will leave a parking pass to park in the paid parking area inside of the studio. This is a self check in unit. Check in instructions will be texted the day of arrival when the unit is ready for occupancy.

Perfect Location

We frequent Seaside yearly and this place was just steps away from the restaurants and shops! Perfect place for a couples getaway. MJ gave us all the information we needed and was quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely return here!

Mountain film festival get away

We absolutely loved this little gem. Walking Location to absolutely everything in Seaside. It was clean, parking was very accessible, and the communication with the property manager was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Would Highly Reccomend

This is a really nice property in the heart of Seaside. The space is larger than it looks and well kept up. It is walkable to many restaurants and activities. The best part of this rental is the beach access at Coleman Pavilion. That itself is worth the stay. The beach isn’t crowded at all and you can walk back and forth to the rental unit and all the Seaside restaurants. I would stay here again.

Great Location and Price

Overall the experience was great. The unit is in a great location right behind the Seaside semicircle. The beach was a short walk and was pristine as always. It was a big plus that this unit had a large smart tv with Netflix for some late night relaxation!

Front Row to Seaside

This property is right in the heart of Seaside! We walked everywhere during our week long stay and only had to use the car to go to Publix. The apartment is right above several shops and literally seconds from about a dozen different eating options. Sitting on the balcony that over looks the park is one of the best ways to cool off after a day in the sun. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to be right in the mix in Seaside. We had a great time!

Great Location!

Honest review! This is a great rental if you just looking for a place to sleep and shower off. Location is GREAT. The AC is great and the place stays COLD!!! Which is great when you been in the sun all day! MJ who manages property was super nice and got back to me quickly! The two downsides were the parking you can only unload and load in the parking lot, you have to park around the corner in the paid parking lot (it’s included with your stay) The sheets were not cleaned well, they had a sour smell to them like they had been left in the washer to long and found several hairs when turning down the sheets…. Overall a good stay

Great place but be ware of owner.

Clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Walking distance to everything in the town. Property manager super good. We stayed for 8 nights and he made sure to provide us with clean towels. Downsides: no washer/dryer; very small fridge; parking spot labeled for this room but can only be used to load/unload; must park in public parking with tag. Property manager allowed us to park in the marked parking spot overnight on our last night bc we loaded up the night before leaving. However, our departure was delayed over 2 hours because the property owner blocked our vehicle in with his vehicle. This owner has numerous apartments and restaurants in the immediate area. Our opinion, the owner is disrespectful and unappreciative to his patrons. Our parking tag clearly stated our room information and that we were departing on this day. If the public parking areas are not accommodating for him, then he should not ask his renters to use them either. He should also have clear communication with his property manager to verify his own ability to park and not be rude to his guests. Backing up and blocking your renters vehicle shows his character clearly and will definitely be a consideration in future trips to Seaside.

Seaside’s Best

This cozy lil studio was simply amazing. Location is top notch. Bed was incredibly comfortable and nights were quiet as a mouse. We phoned MJ for extra towels and he was over in a matter of minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and definitely hope to be back soon. Such a lovely little place to rest, but so close to all the action, dining and beach entrance.

This is a cute little place right in the heart of Seaside. A simple studio apartment with the basics. This is perfect for a place to lay your head. If there had been some wall mounted shelves/cubbies for storage, it would have felt a little roomier. Overall it was great!

Weekend wedding

Location was fantastic! Place was clean and neat. However, we were only left one roll of toilet paper (I feel there should have been an extra roll). Also no shampoo or soaps were offered. Also no beach chairs were offered and very skimpy beach towels. One really needs to be thrown out! For the price we felt the unit under delivered..

Seaside Stay

Overall, it was a great place for a single or couple to stay for a few days. It's on the small side so anything more than 3 days might be too long. Only complaint is parking. There is NO assigned parking spot! You have to fight everyone else for a spot which can be tough in Seaside!
