This place is amazing. The room is so big, with awesome AC, great customer service. I would definitely recommend staying on this side of the street since less noisy.
Hotel is obviously historic, unfortunately so is plumbing. Very difficult to get hot water. Street noise felt like we had company in the middle of the night. Staff were very nice. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

center of the city but the city itself is run down badly. Very noisy outside.
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel reminded me of Spain, it's really beautiful. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Our room had a mini fridge and t.v. with cable. Balcony was nice to sit and people watch. It is a shared balcony but there wasn't anyone out with us. Front desk gave us wonderful recommendations for dining; ask them about the rooftop restaurant, it's a must. They have eight parking spaces in front of the hotel for guests. We easily found a spot right across the street. They also have off site parking for a small fee. It's located right in the center of town. We didn't move our car once. Great nightlife nearby. You can hear some street noise. We put our AC on a constant fan and were able to sleep well. The only thing I'm not sure about is the shower does take a really long time to heat up, it's supposed to be a green feature but in the amount of time it takes to heat up I could have already finished my shower and then some. So not sure how that evens out. In any case we highly highly recommend this hotel!
Amazing stylish boutique hotel, right near all the attractions. They have the Christmas celebration thing right now and it was fun.
The staff are extremely helpful l. Enjoyed my stay here
We awoke at 5:15am to a city worker using a very loud electric blower cleaning the nearby town square (why so early?) and even though we saw the note on the wall that it would take a few mins to get hot water since they were using solar I let the water run for 10-15 mins but no hot water arrived so I took a rather cold shower. Overall the room/bed was nice but would now stay there again based on these two items.
Me quedaría nuevamente aquí.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the hotel is quaint with its historical touches. The room seemed smaller especially with a king size bed. Having the small balcony was nice touch although sometimes cars with loud speakers could be heard. Luckily it got quiet after 10 pm for most nights. The cafe/restaurant in the hotel served great coffee and breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The manager gave us detailed directions to another cafe to eat which we greatly appreciated. Being close to the Centre of the city and its nightlife was fun. Glad we stayed somewhere different in this family visit.

Good overall stay
I would recommend the owner to remodel the interiors and rooms.. air conditioner makes a lot of noise. Other than that is a comfortable place, good for sleeping, people is very nice, we enjoyed a great coffee latte at the restaurant in the lobby. There is not much to do around.

No tiene muchas facilidades ni entretemiento, pero esta ok
I stayed here for 1 week and loved it. If you love old historic spaniard buildings then this is for you. There's no elevators, but the room is clean, confortable, cool, high ceilings and my room had a balcony facing the city square & street. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The beds are really comfortable, there's a small fridge and it keeps everything super cold! It's a plus.. highly recommend it. Parking can get challenging, but you'll always find a spot.
We had a pleasant stay. The hotel has modern amenities while retaining some of its classic charm. Clean, friendly staff, and nice location on the square. We had a balcony room which was a great way to enjoy the location, but keep in mind it’s a shared space with neighboring rooms and allows in quite a bit of street noise. Not a problem for us, but worth noting. They have about 5 or 6 spots of street parking immediately in front of the hotel reserved for guests that seemed to be available most of the time but we opted for the reasonably priced secure parking lot a block away. Overall a good stay!
A beautiful building, very friendly staff, free curb parking and an excellent location. The furniture and the balcony were gorgeous. Bathroom was adequate and I was happy to have the fridge. There was no breakfast and the on-site restaurant was closed most of the time we were there (Sunday-Tuesday night). The king size bed was lovely but very soft plus a foam topper: tough for my hubby who needs a firmer bed.
This hotel is steps away from Plaza Delicias. The room was very confortable with high ceilings. Our room was next to the street so a bit noisy at night. Overall nice stay and nice hotel. I would stay again.
My wife loves anything that has a history. The hotel is very clean, staff is great, and very cozy. You have to know what you are looking for, since this is a very old hotel and don’t have any luxuries; but if you aren’t looking for that, this is a great place!
The building is definitely old and shows signs of its age, plus the climate of southern PR, but that doesn't stop it from being absolutely gorgeous! The beds were very comfortable, the ceilings were sky high so we never felt cramped, and the staff were beyond friendly. Thanks to their recommendation, we went to Vista for dinner and had an absolutely mouth watering meal, along with some of the best views of the city. The hotel is very easy to find and we had no issue locating close parking.
