  • Private home directly across the street from Ponce Inlet beach.
    where you can walk or ride bikes for miles!!! Beach ramp is two houses down across the street. Beach is spectacular, it is never crowded because there is no public parking close by .If you are looking for a relaxing get away you just found it !!
    Private pool with a Screened in lanai. Not a shared pool as in a condo rental...just for you and your friends and family to enjoy.
    Quiet neighborhood yet a short drive to Daytona Beach bars and restaurants, and the quaint town of New Smyrna Beach. Three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
    King size bed, tv, and private bath in the master bedroom.
    Queen bed in one room which has a
    TV .Other room has a king size bed no TV.
    Outdoor shower off pool patio. Main bathroom
    is accessible from pool Lanai as well.


    Beach chairs , beach towels, gas bbq on premises.

RENTAL AGGREMENT WHICH IS A SWIMMING POOL ADDENDUM MUST BE SIGNED AND SENT BACK FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES.
Please me considerate to neighbors . Keep noise to a minimum.$50.00 charge for lost garage door opener.only registered guest allowed on property.
No boat trailers or any trailers or RVs allowed on premises. I do have an off site location to park trailers free of charge.
