Easy access to the beach and an elevated parking lot. No stairs or elevator needed if parking on top of the parking garage. 1 chair and 1 umbrella in unit for beach use

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Apartment is not well equipped. We had to purchase beach towels since they only provide 4 and we were a family of 7. We had to purchase beach chairs they only had 2 and were dirty and rusty. The worst part of our stay was the washing machine broke Tuesday night and had to wait until Thursday to have someone come look at it to only be told they have to order a part that would take 3-7 business days. That meant it would arrive way after we checked out. The management company had no protocol in place for a backup plan. The only thing they offered was a reimbursement of the money we spent in the public laundry mat. I paid money for this apartment because it had a washer/dryer in unit and they didn’t care of our needs. We were traveling with my grandkids so I was inconvenienced every evening going to the laundry mat with them. I will not rent from this management company’s again.
