Oak Street Retreat is located in a quiet residential area just minutes from downtown Sandpoint. Guests love the peaceful surroundings while still being close to shops, breweries, cafes, City Beach, and scenic access to Lake Pend Oreille. It’s the perfect home base for exploring North Idaho's natural beauty, charming downtown, and summer festivals.

Guests have full private access to the home, including the fenced backyard and garage. Entry is contactless via keypad code provided prior to check-in. You’re welcome to use the EV charger and all outdoor amenities during your stay.

Oak Street Retreat is a thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom home that blends modern comfort with a laid-back North Idaho vibe. The open-concept living room invites you to relax on the plush sectional, stream your favorite shows, or gather for a game night around the large dining table. With blackout curtains in every room and quality linens throughout, you’ll sleep as well as you play.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, spices, and appliances—perfect for home-cooked meals or lakeside snacks.
