"Rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. I loved that there was comfortable chairs to sit in to watch tv, read a book or just talk with my spouse. Rooms were very clean, Bathrooms were spacious. Loved the grounds, the dining area for cocktails and breakfast. All staff were courteous and welcoming."

"It was a good place to stay. Our only disappointment was no elevator in the building, we were booked on the second floor and they only had one room left available on the first floor. Room was fine, but think about ensuring what floor you are on and if there are elevators."

"Lovely game area, above the lobby, but sadly only accessible by stairs. Elevator was ok for going to room... Breakfast fine, although only fresh hot food was make your own waffle, toast, hot cereal."

"We loved the Highlands. The restaurant was great with delicious food, our room and the facility was clean, and staff were all very helpful. It was great to go up on the ski lift and do some hiking on the mountains. Gorgeous views from up there and everywhere. It was handy to have The Cafe (little store with food and more) onsite with many items to make our stay better. The pool was clean and wonderfully refreshing. We highly recommend the Highlands!"
