Great location - oceanfront and short walking distance to the town of Ponta Delgada The room was in good condition and clean. The decor in the room and lobby was upscale. Nice ambiance and great food in the hotel restaurants. Also the staff were friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again.

Where do I begin. The staff were top notch. So attentive to our needs. So friendly and helpful. The hotel was stunning and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious every morning.
