Stayed at the property for 7 nights. It was amazing! The hotel is beyond clean and very spacious rooms. Comfortable beds, large balcony that we enjoyed everyday. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet offered many delicious choices. The hotel is in a great location. The only negative was the coffee ma Hines that regularly broke down, staff tried their best to fix, however it did crated long line ups for coffee. We really appreciated our room being available to us at 6:30 am after a long flight from Canada. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The breakfast buffet was very good, large selection of hot and cold foods. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and liked that the hotel is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. We had a little time before our check out so we walked to Jardim Botânico António Borges, which I would recommend, it was beautiful. My only complaint would be the strong smell in the lobby. I don't know if it was air freshener or cleaning products, it was just way too strong.

The hotel is well located with plenty of on site parking, 10-12 minute walk to the center. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was okay. WiFi was good. The room was clean and the bathroom was great. The bed was super comfortable.

Right from our check in the staff member provided us a very detailed map with the various attractions and things that we wanted to do while we stayed there for 10 days, which was extremely helpful to meet our goals and the staff was extremely polite. I just wished that the hotel a water bottle station for refills but otherwise a 5 star review from us.

Great location to walk downtown, easy parking and great breakfast. Easy access to the main roads to get around the island. Overall it was a good stay, but consistent A/C issues and lack of friendliness at the front desk.

This hotel is spectacular. Every room is visually curated and stunning. The space was clean and the amenities were gorgeous. I truly have nothing bad to say and think the 8.8 rating is lower than it should be. A must stay!

The rooms were clean and front desk staff were helpful. My biggest complaint is breakfast. It didn't matter what time you got down there, there was never a clean table, replenishing food was very slow and only small amounts were brought out at a time. I think my biggest issue was that I would find hair (that was the same color) from the young girls working on some of the tops of where things like plates of cheese were. Although the young girls had their hair tied back they would be swinging their hair around. They should have hair nets on. Although, it seemed like there was quite a bit of staff around...there was a lot of chit chatting with guests and amongst each other.

This hotel is clean the rooms are great but that is were it ends. The free breakfast was wonderful with plenty to choose from. As far as the staff i have mixed feeling. Some were friendly were others not so much. You litterly have to pay for everything there. If you wanted to play pool,you have to pay to rent the balls to play. There are no vending machines for snacks so if you want a snack, you have to walk about 5 to 10 minutes to get to a store. I felt for the price this hotel it should have offered more without charging for everything.
