Sunny Villa - Sea View, BBQ & Private Pool

The house is located in the western coast of Madeira Island, in the small village of Lugar de Baixo. A good place to start any tour in the Island due to its central location.

This is a comfortable and very spacious house to spend nice family, with 4 bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms in the house, a large kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooker, microwave, coffe machine, toaster and washing machine.
There is private parking and free internet access. Satellite TV Channels - German TV.

Outside, a big terrace with private swimming pool, barbecue area and sunbeds to relax and enjoy the sun and sea views. The outdoor table with 8 seats allows to have all the meals enjoying sea view.

With 10 min of walking you can reach restaurants/ bars, beauty/ massage center and a natural rocks beach.
