Delightful apartment surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, where you can reach Florence in 15 minutes, as well as Arezzo and other stunning destinations. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a spacious private garden—perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying an outdoor dinner with the barbecue. Ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation while exploring Florence and Tuscany. A true oasis of tranquility with all the comforts for an unforgettable stay!

The apartment is located in Sieci, a small town just a few kilometers from Florence, near the train station on the Florence-Arezzo railway line (about 200 meters away). The area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery and rolling hills. The recently renovated apartment consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Outside, there is a large 200 sqm garden equipped with sun loungers, a dining table, and a barbecue.

Perfect for a relaxing family stay or a romantic getaway for couples.
Within a 5-minute walk from the apartment, you’ll find three restaurants/pizzerias and two supermarkets.
