The apartment is located in Sieci, a small town just a few kilometers from Florence, near the train station on the Florence-Arezzo railway line (about 200 meters away). The area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery and rolling hills. The recently renovated apartment consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Outside, there is a large 200 sqm garden equipped with sun loungers, a dining table, and a barbecue.
