"We were in two rooms below ground level, which were quiet, but no airflow. One room had a shower that was too small for an adult. They were clean and relatively comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was pastry and yogurt. We were able to park in one of the garages, otherwise, parking could be difficult. The location is awesome - very hard to find initially - it looks like it’s impossible to get to, but once you know, you know. Guessing that their other rooms may be nicer."

Potenza is a lovely little town with all kinds of bars and restaurants where you will meet interesting, friendly people.

"At the spur of the moment i found this gem of a place in Potenza. while visiting Southern italy , i have to say this property was leaps and bounds more stylish , simple but curated well, clean , beautiful and completely opposite to every where else ( meaning it was Classy and not garish and Tacky) !! "in 44 years of traveling around the world this was the worse and demeaning Hotel experience ever had( payment was made in advance BTW )! i cannot say anything about the accommodations because i never made it in!!! After an exhausting and temultuous
trip to Potenza , my only concern was checking in , resting down my heavy luggage and preparing etc etc!
however when i approached the door and tried to enter , there was no response or answer, i
also tried to call a dozen times to no response!

"Arrived at the hotel and was presented with parts of the hotel with scaffolding and workers at the front of the hotel. In the hotel reception half of the lights were off and it was very dark and had a funny smell to it. The smell was all over the hotel, and it was like cheap disinfectant. Also the hotel is named as a spa hotel but you have to pay to use the spa which is not detailed on their website or Expedia. Despite the outside of the hotel suggesting it was a 4.5 start this doesn’t even come close to a 3 star. Breakfast was very poor as well, one type of fruit and plastic glasses for juices. Staff also are not filling up items which become empty so we had 3 yoghurts to 5 people. "

Staff generally not friendly or helpful. Did not offer to assist bags up or down the hotel steps for guests in their senior years. WiFi practically useless. Kept dropping out
