Older building needing some upgrades (eg outlets for the floor lamp and coffee maker!)
Lobby a bit tight, and understaffed at checkin.

You cant beat the location of this hotel, right next ro the train and boat station, right next to Piazza de Duomo and all the shops and restaurants. Just walk out and you are on the waterfront!
