Cherished by our family since 773 AD (when our ancestor Guicciardo settled here following Charlemagne), this noble residence, documented since 1548, has been restored to its former glory. Today, it is an exceptional retreat where modern comfort meets authentic art.
The Property: A Tailor-Made Experience
The estate offers spacious, atmospheric rooms ideal for families or groups seeking privacy and prestige:
The Noble Wing (The Heart of the Home): Includes the stunning 17th-century "Stüa" (1579), entirely wood-paneled; the Senator’s Great Kitchen with its massive stone fireplace; and the Green Lounge overlooking the loggia. (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms).
The Frescoed Rooms (Prestige Experience on request): A living museum on the first floor. To preserve the precious 16th-century fresco cycles, these rooms have no artificial heating.
Important Note: Access to these rooms is available exclusively during the summer months (May – September) and only upon specific request to be agreed at the time of booking. It is a unique experience for those wishing to fully immerse themselves in the Renaissance.

Culinary Tradition: In our Great Kitchen, you can enjoy a cooking class guided by an expert local cook. You will learn to prepare traditional Valtellina dishes like Pizzoccheri, crispy Sciatt, or savory Taroz, discovering the secrets of recipes passed down through our family for generations.
UNESCO Heritage: Direct access to the "Via dei Terrazzamenti" (Wine Trail) and close to Tirano for the Bernina Express.
Lakes & Wellness: Within an hour's drive, you can reach the elegant shores of Lake Como or the legendary thermal baths of Bormio (QC Terme).

Accessibility: Due to the historic nature of the 16th-century building, there are stone stairs and passages not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
