"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. "This was a great place! Brand new and sparkling clean. It was a little bit further from where everything is, so there was a lot of walking involved - which we truly did not mind. Staff was very helpful and nice with suggestions and such. There is a washer in the apartment, which was convenient. They also have an electric drying rack. The apartment had a small kitchen, that was fully equipped. We did not use it though, but had our stay been longer, we would have. What I did not like was that they don't clean daily, which we did not know. And we asked for the service, they said it'd be 70 euros additionally. Even a clean set of towels had a fee of 5 euros. I was very disappointed. Other than that, it would've been perfect. But this was truly disappointing."

"The room was clean but small. It is situated next to a plaza which was fun to hang out at night and people watching. We also did some shopping here as well. It was cheaper to stay here than staying in Venice since we arrive late. There is a 7E bus that took us to Venice after 30 minutes ride just down the street from the hotel."

"This is the PERFECT location for a trip to Venice. The hotel is an ideal location with easy access to city centre and airport via multiple buses (stop is right outside the hotel!) The pool is beautiful and clean - very large and lots of sunbeds around! The hotel is extremely modern and clean and the staff have all been amazing - friendly, fun, polite - thank you team Hilton Garden Inn!"
