Apartment is really nicely decorated. They had a welcome cookie and wine for us. Check in was easy only issue was the AC didn't work and since we checked in late, they quickly came to restart curcuit board. By the time it was done felt it delayed our sleep time but overall a great place. I would recommend the place.

The apartment was very cozy and beautifully decorated waking up to a view of the canal was magical. It had all the comforts of home. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Very friendly staff from the second we arrived - gave us good recommendations for restaurants and trips and general "off the beaten track" places to visit. Our room was spotless and high tech - on the final day, we wanted to stay a little longer and the team moved things around to allow that to happen - then helped us carry our bags into the river taxi (Note - the hotel is on the canal so the water taxi can dock there - which is awesome) - and as a final amazing touch, my wife had left her earrings in the hotel room and the cleaning lady came running down to return them before the taxi departed. All in all - fantastic hotel, fantastic staff - great service and in a wonderful location, removed from the hustle and bustle of san marco which can be a little bit overwhelming - but full of charming restaurants visited by local people. Highly recommended - when we return to venice we will stay here again no question at all

Really nice apartment. Modern, clean, everything was automated. A bit far from main sites in Venice, but close to both the bus and train station.

Great location, close to a grocery store, close to many great restaurants. We absolutely loved this place. Our hotel concierge Laura gave us wonderful recommendations. Just a short walk to the main tourist areas as well. I would highly recommended this place. Thank you for the wonderful time in Venice.
