Experience coastal living at its finest in this oceanfront retreat in Ponte Vedra Beach — a serene stretch of untouched shoreline along Florida’s northeast coast. This contemporary 4-bedroom home offers panoramic ocean views from every room and sits on a peaceful, elevated lot about a mile from the nearest public beach access. Designed for both relaxation and productivity, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features lightning-fast WiFi, three premium workstations, and smart home amenities. After work or a day in the sun, unwind in the private hot tub or hit the waves with the provided surfboards and boogie boards.

ACCESSIBILITY
This three-level home requires stairs for second and third level access.

SAFETY
Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.

LOCAL LAWS
During the sea turtle nesting season from May 1st until October 31st, please observe the following guidelines at the beach: keeping backlight decks off and avoid using flashlights and lanterns at night, filling in holes and knocking down sandcastles, disposing of trash properly, avoid touching the turtles and their nests.

PETS ALLOWED
This home is pet friendly, and we're happy to welcome your furry companions during your stay. We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation, with a flat pet fee of $350 total, regardless of whether you bring one or two pets. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

Great Beach House

The house was perfect for our family. The beach is quiet and if you need activity, St Augustine isn’t far. The beds in the house were amazing.

Wonderful!

This home is exactly as promised. The pictures are a true representation of how beautiful it is. It is well-appointed with comfy beds and high end linens. The hot tub and beach toys were a big hit with our family! Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful, Well Done, Quiet

This property was amazing to stay in. Lots of upgrades in place, very quiet with the doors closed but excellent proximity to the beach. Plenty of amenities and beach toys made available, excellent layout and access. Lots of helpful information laid out throughout the house to use all the different features available. We would definitely look forward to staying here again!

Loved this place! All the details in the house were amazing. Fireplace outside; hot water in the outdoor shower; every kind of beach toy; gas cooking stove. Views in every room, even when you showered. Minimal clean-up. Would stay here a month if we could! Concierge was responsive and we got a gift basket with treats!

Paradise on the beach

Beautiful property that is well maintained. Great support and communications from the management company! A full smart house that is easy to operated. Loved it! This house location is literally on the beach and the views including the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular.

Amazing

If you are looking for a amazing house this is it! The beds are wonderful as well as the linens. All the rooms have towels and robes with slippers. It’s like checking into a hotel, complete with complementary drinks and snacks. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book this home again! The beach is beautiful- shells and clean sand. So much to mention! The hot tub is great so is the surf room with beach stuff. The sliders make it easy to access the decks-there’s 3. The sunrise in the am every morning was perfection. If you want to run to the store, grab the Tesla and your off! Can’t say enough good things about this home.
