Absolutely loved our stay. The ocean views were incredible and our whole group had an amazing time relaxing and hanging out together. The best part: every bedroom has its own bathroom, which made getting ready super easy and comfortable for everyone. The home was exactly as described, and we’d happily stay here again.

Best Wedding and Property Manager Ever

Absolutely incredible stay!! Could not recommend Frank, or his other property enough. So kind, caring, and professional. The home was in perfect condition, right on the beach, great for our entire family. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, fun games. I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting a beach wedding.

The property was exactly as advertised, our host was very available and accommodating! The location is was amazing; right on a huge beach in an areas of the beach that was not very crowded! I would highly recommend!

The house is right on the beach. Clean, everything you need was in the house for a great time (kitchen utensils, beach chairs, toiletries). Lot's of room! The host Frank really cares about his properties and he cares about his guests.

Great time with famiy

This is a great property for large groups. We had 19, even though there were sleeping arrangements for 14. We had some children and a couple of air mattresses and were very comfortable. We really enjoyed having so many bathrooms (many of which were ensuite). The beach was wonderful (especially warm for December) and the kids played in the water for 2 days. We had a wonderful trip and would recommend the property!

Great big rooms and kitchen. Lovely balcony and location. We had my daughters wedding just down the road so the location was perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We'll come again.

We had family come in and stay. We used this location as our wedding reception. The house was very clean and very spacious. It had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Location and view is amazing!!

The property was very nice and the host was very helpful. Guests should be aware that there are a lot of steps required at the location. Good location (right on the beach) and nice home. The layout could be challenging for elderly or young children.

Beautiful and spacious oceanfront property

Our group had an amazing weekend at this property! I reached out several months prior and Francis was prompt to reply and worked with our group to book the dates we needed. We were in town to celebrate a birthday, and this unit had more than enough space for our group. The beach is just steps away!! And we loved being able to see the waves crash from both the living area and the upstairs kitchen. Thank you again for a fantastic weekend!

Great for large families

Beautiful beach, great location! This house has plenty of space and the kitchen is great for large families, washers and dryers on both floors is very convenient. We had a wonderful time! We were looking for to the additional space on rooftop, and wished the property had updated description noting is was not available. Our only suggestions is more towel racks for wet beach towels on first floor., and finish changing the linens, some beds did not have pillow cases. Overall we would definitely stay there again!
