All the staff were amazing and helpful! The kitchen staff for breakfast catered for all out needs. The spa was excellent too and I’d highly recommended this hotel to anyone. It’s in a Great location with good links to the airport and tourist spots across the city.

Excellent hotel in a great location in Florence. Walking distance to all attractions as well as a local laundromat.
Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and full of great recommendations. One receptionist even called a restaurant to make a booking for dinner whilst we checked into our room.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast selection was great.
