Can’t say enough amazing things about the hotel, location and staff! Very easy walk to different metro stations and restaurants and shops. Welcomed by a friendly and helpful Staff. Everyone from the manager down was ready and willing to help make our stay easy and great! Highly recommend!!

The staff at the hotel and the location were both excellent. The bed itself was very hard. We did ask for better pillows after the first night sleep and they provided some which were more comfortable. There’s no place in the bathroom to plug in the blow dryer so women have to use a blow dryer in the room where there is not a mirror. Our balcony only had one chair, even though there were two of us in the room and I had to ask for a second chair which they got to us by the end of our second day. Just a few things they could do to make this an exceptional place to stay. We also wished the thermal bath was warmer as it was too cold to really enjoy it.
