Cozy room nestled between the Alps and the Apuan mountains, offering breathtaking views! The room features a private bathroom. You have access to shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, garden with pool, and barbecue. Surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes, our home is the perfect base for hikes, nature walks, and cultural visits in the area. The Cinque Terre and Versilia are easily reachable from here. The room is ideal for 2 guests, with the option to add a third bed on request for an extra fee.

Welcome to a holiday home surrounded by nature, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views from the Alps to the Apuan mountains. The property is eco-friendly, with solar and photovoltaic panels. Please do not leave lights on unnecessarily and avoid wasting water, hot or cold. There are three cozy bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus laundry and a kitchen overlooking the garden. Outside, you’ll find a barbecue area, free parking, and a pool—exclusively yours if you rent the whole villa, or shared if you book individual rooms. The shared pool is open May–September, weather permitting. Guests using the shared kitchen must properly dispose of rubbish, especially organic waste, regardless of stay length.



The location is ideal: explore the woods, visit the Stretti di Giaredo just 2 km away, discover medieval villages, or reach Cinque Terre, Lerici, La Spezia, and Versilia.
