The flat is located in a house built in the style of old Engadine houses, on the outskirts of Pontresina in a central and quiet location with excellent infrastructure.
Winter: The cross-country ski trail runs behind the house and offers access to the extensive 200 km cross-country skiing network of the Engadine. Alpine skiers can reach the Diavolezza ski areas by bus or train, as well as the Corviglia and Corvatsch ski areas by bus. Bus stop approx. 5 minutes' walk away. Numerous winter hiking trails to Morteratsch, Rosegtal, St. Moritz, Celerina and Samedan. Ice skating at the Bellavita adventure pool and spa. Ice climbing in the gorge in Pontresina. Insider tip: deep snow skiing in late March and April.
Summer: Numerous hiking and cycling trails right by the house, climbing opportunities, alpine sports, surfing, para-gliding on Muottas Muragl, scootering in Marguns, golf. Insider tip: Hiking in golden October.
General: Bus stop, post office, bakery, Coop supermarket each 10 minutes away. Surovas railway station 5 minutes on foot, Pontresina railway station 20 minutes on foot (alternatively by bus). Numerous restaurants on the Via Maistra promenade. Bellavita adventure pool and spa 10 minutes.
