Great location. Nice set up. Could improve communication with customers. Some upkeep issues with property (ex: missing/broken vertical blinds) but otherwise clean.

Great staff and location Would stay again

Very noisy (no soundproofing for street noise or hallway noise), air conditioner too loud to have on, when turned off the fan noise is still quite loud and annoying. No fan in bathroom, no mirror in room other than bathroom mirror which has very poor lighting for applying makeup, fridge is not cold at all, no complementary bottled water or coffee maker, down elevator button broken, asked for more washcloths and were left a few hand towels instead, shower products very fragranced and irritating, pillows very uncomfortable. Room wasn’t dirty, but definitely not the hotel experience we are used to. Overall a very utilitarian hotel, and not up to our standards.

Stayed 3 nights for the Blue Jays games. Excellent location!!

We were 3 and stayed for 2 nights. The suite was spacious and well appointed. There were 2 bedrooms and one bath, a full kitchen and balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and included coffee and plenty of towels/linens. Access was easy and we were within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and attractions. The property felt safe and communication was great. Highly recommend if you prefer a suite over a hotel room.
