I do wish the listing would have clarified this was an upstairs rental in the duplex, and the hosts need to do a better job of communicating and responding to messages. It’s a great option for staying close to the city life, but way more affordable!"

"The unit and neighborhood were amazing. A few items affected my family's stay, however, that left me regretting my choice. We stayed in the downstairs unit and arrived at 4 pm for check in. The people renting the upstairs unit had already claimed and occupied the front porch for the evening. 2 problems with this, one, the curtains in the downstairs living room are sheer so after dark it was like being in a fish bowl and two, they were in party mode for the night which meant people going up and...
