The rooms are tiny, dated and unkept. There was a substance that looked like black mold in my room. The room was unbearably hot since the heat didn’t work. "The rooms smell bad. Our first room smelled like a wet dog, and they moved us into another room. It also smelled bad, but wasn't improvement on the first room. I paid way too much money for this hotel. It should have been 50 or $60 per night based on the poor condition. The indoor pool was really cloudy. My kids stayed away."

"The check in could have gone better. Something went wrong between Travelocity and the hotel because the hotel was convinced that my reservation was for a month prior. After showing proof of my reservation, I was given a room at the reserved price, but was stuck with 2 full beds instead of the king room I reserved. The air conditioner didn’t work properly. It was thermostat controlled, but the thermostat would turn the AC off before ever achieving the desired temperature. All night the AC would cycle on and off without ever cooling the room properly. On the second night, I noticed that the thermostat had been turned back up. Either it resets automatically or someone entered my room with the “do not disturb” sign in place. Either way, I will not be returning."
