"Very clean and well appointed, excellent location. Screened in porch was great for mosquito-free meals. Fire pit is a very nice touch. Communication from host was excellent before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommend this for your vacation rental. "

House was super-clean, bedrooms were all good size, kitchen was well-equipped - there weren’t any tools you’d need for cooking that it didn’t already have, plus plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. The house is super-well made. If you were in a bedroom, you barely heard any noise from the main living area. Also, loved the house’s side room. Was great for game night and large group dinners- and was super soundproof from the rest of the house. All beds and furniture were in great condition and comfortable. Love the quiet road it was on and the views, especially at sunset. Love the back deck and private pier. Would definitely return again. "
