"I stay here quite often when I come into town, most the time room is clean and fresh, this time the room had a urine smell, the bed needed repair or replaced, there was an issue with expedia and I got charged twice but expedia did refund the money. Overall disappointed with this stay and will start staying at the drury from now on."

The staff upon checkin was very helpful and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel, room and breakfast area. It was much better than I anticipated, even to the coffee and cookies in the meeting area. Would definitely stay there again. The staff sets the tone and I felt welcomed.

Came to Poplar Bluff for a concert. Hotel was very nice, very clean, and easy access from the interstate. Did not get a chance to try the breakfast. Beds were hard but we were only staying one night so it was not a big deal.

The place looks very plain on the outside. No frills. But, our room was perfect. It felt like a new room. Freshly painted, nice carpeting, very comfortable mattresses, Nice linens. Even the pillows were comfortable! It was very quiet, and we had a great nights sleep. They also give coupons for a free breakfast at Penny's Diner, right across the parking lot. Good food, and sizable portions.
