Hotel is very nice, children and pet friendly. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are clean only when you come for dinner later than 7:30 pm there is not so much to choose from. The hotel is connected to the Aqua Center.

A korábbi évekhez képest kicsit barátságtalanabb volt a személyzet! Talán kicsit hidegebb lett a víz a fürdőben. A galériás szobában a földszinti lecserélték az ágyat, de ez nyikorog, kényelmetlen! Nem tetszett, hogy megváltozott a fürdő nyitvatartási és a vacsora ideje. Így eléggé kapkodás volt, hogy odaérjünk a lézershow-ra. Eddig négy alkalommal voltunk itt, nagyon szeretjük ezt a szállodát, de lehet hogy legközelebb kipróbálunk egy másikat is...

Immár sokadik alkalommal töltöttünk el itt egy hétvégét. A szolgáltatások színvonala, a személyzet kedvessége, a kilátás, a lézershow, a fantasztikus ételek az étteremben ugyanolyan magas szinten vannak folyamatosan. Ezért nem kérdés számunkra, hogy jövőre is visszatérünk!

Hotel in an Aqua park, all nice. May need more hotel parking. Lots of different pools, for swimming and relaxing, indoor and outdoor ones. Dinner and breakfast included, selection of food catered for all.

Második alkalommal szálltunk meg itt. A vélemény nem változott. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Az ételek átlag felettiek, nagyon ízletesek. A szoba kicsit kopottas, frlújítás ráférne, főleg az ágyakat kéne kényelmesebbre cserélni. A fürdő is és a vize lehetne melegebb, de a lézer show mindenért kárpótol. Kár lenne kihagyni. Összességében véve a szálloda bekerült a kedvenceink közé. Valószínűleg máskor is visszatértünk ide.

מלון אקווה סיטי סיזנס

ישנו במלון 3 לילות. זהו מלון 3 כוכבים והחדר בהתאם - אין מזגן בחדר (!!) אבל יש מאוורר קטן, מיטת הילדים הייתה ספה נפתחת לא הכי נוחה, אין וילונות האפלה כך שיש אור בחדר משש בבוקר. הדיל שלנו כלל ארוחות בוקר וערב וכניסה לא מוגבלת לפארק המים וכל המתקנים. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת וארוחת הערב טובה. האוכל מגוון וטעים. פארק המים לא היה עמוס למרות שמדובר בסוף אוגוסט, יש מספר סוגים של בריכות חיצוניות ומקורות, בטמפרטורות שונות של המים. הילדים מאוד נהנו!! המלון נמצא בקצה העיר אבל יש במרחק הליכה קצרה מספר מסעדות. בשורה התחתונה תמורה טובה מאוד למחיר.

Hotel i tilknytning til vandland. Værelser lidt bedagede og tydeligt lidt svært at rengøre for eks. tæpper. Dejlig udgang til tagterrasse. Morgenmads - og middagsbuffet incl. Hotellet er nok mere velegnet til familier med børn, der ønsker at benytte vandlands faciliteter. God, overvåget parkering lige ved siden af hotellet. Tæt til Kosice centrum med gode shoppingmuligheder, cafeer og spisesteder. Wifi virkede ikke på værelset - eller meget, meget langsom.

A szálloda összességében véve rendben volt. A szoba nem pont olyan volt, mint a képen. Kicsit kopottas a bútorzat, az ágyak kényelmetlenek, de két éjszakát ki lehetett bírni rajta. A tisztasággal nem volt gond. A félpanziós ellátás nagyon jó, az ételek minősége átlagfeletti. Azt az egy dolgot hiányoltam, hogy reggel kilenc óra előtt nem lehet kávét inni, mert a bárok csak reggelizetés után nyitnak. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A fürdő is kellemes bár hiányoltam a nagyobb gyereknek való élményfürdő részleget, illetve a gyógyvizes medencét. A lézershow fantasztikus élmény, de jobb lenne korábbra tenni, mert fél kilences kezdéssel az a baj, hogy vagy a fürdőzést hagyja ki előtte az ember, vagy a vacsorát. Összességében véve ár érték arányban jó választás volt a szálloda!

Great thermal bath but hotel is just so so

We stayed at Aqua City for one night before new year eve on our way to Krakow after visiting Slovakia. The hotel lobby, front desk service and the room was Okay. I meant okay not great provided the price was quite expensive comparing to other facilities in the area. It was not that spa like as we had hoped. The thermal bath was great. A lot of families came to the area. The rate includes both breakfast and dinner and they were quite good. The facilities felt more like 80's luxury so a bit dated in a way. One thing that we did not like was the access timing to the thermal bath. The dinner was from 630 to 9pm. We arrived at 4pm. After settling down, we entered the bath at 5pm and can only enjoyed the bath for two hours before dinner as we were hungry. After that there was no time to use the bath again as it closed at 930pm. The check out time for the next day was 10am which is when the thermal bath opened so literally we paid premium just to use the bath for 2 hours. It would be fair if the check out time was noon or hotel guests could use the bath until certain time after their check out.

Veľmi dobré služby a personál. Poloha hotela a jeho vybavenie spĺňa očakávanie rodinnej dovolenky. Klimatizácia by už ale mala byť v súčasnosti samozrejmosťou na každej izbe.
