Aluguei o apartamento por conta da piscina, porém a piscina está em reforma, acho que isso deveria ser falado assim que efetuei a reserva, pois eu cancelaria e não teria a frustração na hora! Sobre o condomínio a segurança é excelente, porém é tão boa que incomoda, até para sair do prédio precisa se identificar, abrir uma porta precisa de identificação, isso atrapalha na agilidade, acho que se já estamos dentro do condomínio o acesso deveria ser mais fácil!
