"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them.
We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and it was a nice surprise to be told breakfast was included in my deal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to beach and cafes was so easy and convenient. TV was easily switched to personal apps. The room had a small bar fridge, toaster and kettle with complimentary tea and coffee which was ideal for my stay. Loved the pool, spa and steam room. "The location and surroundings of the property are beautiful. The views are amazing. The decor of the villas are dated and basic, but comfortable, functional and clean. I stayed for 2 nights. There’s no wifi and only free to air from Ballarat. Novel. But I loved the quiet and the view and I would go back. "

Some of the provided amenities are a bit worn - coffee maker leaked, there was partially visible grafitti on the gas fireplace, somewhat dirty door, but the view of apollo bay more than made up for it. "A great place to stay, clean, convenient and quiet location, close to supermarket. We were given an upgrade to a spacious renovated room upstairs. Some other renovations are going on in the property. Microwave oven, toaster, kettle and cutleries are provided adequate to have a simple meal in room. Guest laundry is available for use. Towels are nice and soft. "
