- Residence Livija is located in the district of Mali maj cca 2,5km from Porec old town and only 250m from the beach Materada. The house is located in a quiet place and, thanks to the facilities, it is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. All apartments were partially renovated in 2015. The house has a total of 4 apartments with a shared plot of 1000 m2 where guests have an open 50m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with covered terrace and large table with benches for outdoor dining and well-kept garden for common use ,
The apartment Livija B4 / 1 for 4-5 persons is on the ground floor of the house on a floor space of 64m2 and has 2 bedrooms, each with double bed, living room with kitchen and dining table, all in one room, satellite TV and bathroom with shower / WC , At the entrance is a beautiful covered terrace with seating.
