Welcome to this beautiful house, which welcomes you with individually appealing rooms and offers you the ideal setting for your holiday. On two floors, you can make yourself comfortable and cosy on the tasteful sofa. Watch a film together in the evening or enjoy balmy summer evenings on the covered terrace and the beautiful garden, which also offers plenty of play options in addition to the pool.



Discover the beautiful pebble beaches on the coast, which are just a few kilometres from your home. There are many bays here where every holidaymaker can choose their own favourite beach. From Zbandaj you can quickly reach the beautiful harbour town of Porec, a popular summer holiday destination with a historic old town and a famous basilica dating back to the 6th century. For active holidaymakers, there are numerous water sports options by the sea, but there is also plenty to discover inland. Take advantage of the many cycling and hiking trails in the heart of Istria and visit the Baredine Cave, for example, which is famous for its stalactite formations.
