Residence Radovan is located north of the old town of Poreč just a few minutes walk from the beach, stores and restaurants. The house has a total of 5 apartments for 2 to 4 people each. All apartments have a balcony or terrace. The 34 m² apartment 5 is located in the attic of the house and has a small balcony, a living area with open kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC.
In the common area of the house there is a barbecue with seating area and deck chairs in the garden. Washing machine with dryer and parking spaces are of course available!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war einfach ganz toll. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und gleich zu einem Getränk eingeladen. Der Checkin verlief reibungslos und wir fanden die Wohnung so vor, wie sie auch beschrieben war. Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an einer Strasse, die jedoch nicht viel befahren ist. Unsere Wohnung lag zur Meerseits, sodass es hier absolut ruhig war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind fussläufig in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Zur Altstadt sind es zu Fuss ca. 20 Minuten. Die Wohnungen werden von der Familie Radovan selbst betreut, sodass bei aufkommenden Fragen immer ein Ansprechpartner vorhanden war, der auch gerne Auskunft gab. Alles in allem, ein gelungener und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank der Familie Radovan.
