This charming villa was originally built in 1915 and carefully restored in 2014. It has retained much of its historic character, including the original front door. On a private 120 m² plot, you will find a refreshing pool ideal for leisurely swims and comfortable garden furniture in the shade of a centuries-old tree, perfect for relaxing in style. The nearby town of Pore, with its rich history and picturesque coastal charm, offers a delightful mix of cultural attractions and beautiful seaside relaxation.
