The house is situated in a quiet location and thanks to its facilities is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. All flats are partially renovated. The house has a total of 4 holiday flats with a shared plot of 1000 m2, where guests have at their disposal a 50 m2 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with a covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor dining and a well-tended garden for shared use. Washing machine for shared use. This holiday flat for 3 persons is located on the 1st floor of the house, has a living space of 54 m2 and consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, kitchen with dining table and exit to the balcony with seating and sea view. The bathroom with shower/WC is located in the hallway. Wireless Internet and air conditioning are available and included in the price.
