- These holiday flats are located in a quiet area of Porec, just a few minutes' walk from Pical beach and approx. 800 m from the old town of Porec. A restaurant and shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes and are only 100 metres away. The house is situated on a fenced plot of approx. 600 m² with garden. The landlord lives in another property on the same plot. A private car park is available on the property. The 30 m² Rozi holiday flat for two people is located on the first floor of the house and has a small kitchen-diner with sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC and a lovely terrace with garden furniture.
