The house has 2 holiday flats for 4 people each, the landlord lives in the house. The car park is right in front of the house and there is a children's playground nearby. The holiday flat for 4 people is located on the 1st floor of the house, has an area of 50m2 and has a kitchenette with dining table and living room with access to the covered balcony with seating, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower/WC.
