The 80 m2 apartment is on the 1st floor with two air conditioning units, for 4-5 people with two bedrooms, 30 m2 living room with 1 bed, 2 sofas and armchairs. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and 5-burner stove, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Garden furniture is on the veranda, as is the barbecue area by the pool.Free parking is available in the courtyard of the house. At the communal pool in the garden, the cozy barbecue area and the gazebo invite you to socialize. The entire complex is completely fenced. You can store your bicycles in the closed room of the garden house.The small corner shop with fresh rolls and other items, a small coffee shop and the recommended restaurant "Marina" are in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance.

Top verblijf!

Heel ruim, schoon en fijn appartement. Alles wat je nodig kan hebben is aanwezig. Het zwembad is niet groot maar helemaal prima met ruim voldoende bedden, aparte toilet en alles zeer schoon. Hele lieve, gastvrije vriendelijke eigenaars. Komen hier zeker een keer terug!

Fajn lokalita v dojezdu od Poreče, vířivka prostorná a příjemná v chladnějším březnu, prostor pro grilování a posezení se hodil, dostatečně prostorný pro 12 osob. Uložení kol v uzamykatelném prostoru je super.

Vakantie in de buurt van Poreç met het hele gezin.

Alles was super proper, zowel het appartement als de omgeving buiten en aan het zwembad. Alle voorzieningen waren er om te koken, zowel in het appartement als buiten aan het zwembad waar je mag gebruik maken van de BBQ. De eigenaars zijn erg behulpzaam en attent. Het verblijf ligt rustig buiten het drukke toeristische centrum, maar ideaal als uitvalsbasis en de kinderen kunnen er ook afkoelen in het zwembad.

Es war wirklich ein klasse Urlaub die Unterkunft war top gepflegt und ein bißchen weg vom Trubel der Stadt. Aber mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Aleta und ihr Mann sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und perfekte Urlaubswoche in der Wohnung/Anlage genossen. Alles ist topgepflegt und sauber. Hatten den meisten Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Aleta und können nur das Beste berichten. Freundlichkeit und Hilsbereitschaft werden hier großgeschrieben. Der Pool ist zwar etwa klein, aber für eine Abkühlung ausreichend. Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. TOP und Danke für die nette Zeit in Istrien. Tom mit Familie aus Tirol

Super Urlaub

Zum 2. Mal waren wir jetzt in dieser kleinen, familiären Anlage. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Die Bilder entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt in dem man das nötigste kaufen kann. Sehr schöne Strände findet man in der Umgebung und die kleinen Orte rundherum laden zum bummeln ein. Dafür benötigt man allerdings ein Auto. Wer eine Massage möchte , kann diese problemlos in der Anlage buchen. Den Gästen steht ein Grill zur Verfügung. Wie natürlich auch der sehr schöne Pool in einem traumhaften Garten, sowie Internet. Es fehlt an nichts. Vielen Dank noch einmal. Wir werden auch ein 3. Mal zu euch kommen.
