Fantastic flat with sea view only 250 metres to the beach
This residence is located in Spadici, a district of Porec, just 250 metres from the beach and 1500 metres from the old town. The house offers a total of 5 holiday flats, 4 of which were completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. In the garden there is a shared covered terrace with dining table and barbecue for outdoor dining. On the ground floor of the house there is a shared living room with a small kitchenette and seating area, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Each flat has its own parking space. This holiday flat for 2-3 persons is located on the 2nd floor with a living space of 40 m2 and consists of a living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and pull-out couch for 1 person, a bedroom with double bed and shower/WC. In front of the flat there is a small balcony with garden furniture and a beautiful sea view.
