Residence Adelia is located in the small village of Susnjici, near Porec, with the nearest shop and restaurant are only 3.5 km away. On a spacious, partially fenced garden of 4000m2, guests have at their disposal a shared pool of 44 m², parking spaces for several vehicles, a swing for children and an oak forest where children can play carefree. A nice covered summer kitchen with a grill and seating set is also available to guests. The owner lives on the first floor of the house. The yard is located next to a relatively busy road.
