Ideale gezinsvakantie in gloednieuw hotel

Heel recent hotel op een leuk eiland met voor ieder wat wils. We hadden een luxe villa voor 8 overnachtingen. Bij aankomst op de parking (vasteland) werden we vriendelijk onthaald, bagage werd gelabel-ed en naar villa gebracht, tegelijkertijd werden we naar de haven gebracht voor de overtocht per boot. Na het inchecken stond de bagage al op de kamer. Heel efficient. Zelfde efficientie bij vertrek. Maaltijden waren prima, regelmatige (ieder half uur) overtocht veerboot naar Porec, om te lunchen, shoppen of culturele uitstap te maken. Je kon ook makkelijk en gratis naar en van de parking gebracht indien je met de auto ging toeren. Op het eiland hebben de kinderen zich rot geamuseerd in zoetwater zwembad en in zee, verder ook nog basketbal gespeeld. Drijvend hindernissen parcours in zee, en para-sailing tegen extra betaling, maar heel erg leuk. Zon in overvloed tijdens ons verblijf, maar je kon ook schaduwrijke zones opzoeken onder de bomen langs het strand, of onder de parasols langs het zwembad.

Traumhafte Insel, super freundliches zuvorkommendes Team, tolles Essen! Porec, Wetter und Beach Volleyball Major waren genauso toll!

Bad reservation experience through Venere!

My stay in the hotel I paid Venus at 07/04/2016. It cost 341,70 eur. When you check into a hotel Valamar my payment did not find? They had a reservation in my name from Expedia Travel and it cost 315,20 eur. They took and blocked on the credit card my wife an additional amount 315,20 eur + 10%. So far we have not the money available and use! Answer - Why I paid 341.70 eur instead 315,20 eur, since this amount was given to me through the hotel at check out, and why I had to essentially pay twice for the same 3 nights of my stay there?
