Apartment Lemon 3 Premium is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated building in the suburbs of Poreč, and it is only 1500m away from the beach with sports facilities. There is a shop and a restaurant just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, and the center of Poreč is only a 5-minute drive away. The apartment has its own green garden of 150m2, and two private parking spaces.


This modern apartment for 4 persons covers 65 m2 and consists of a living room with access to the garden and a semi-covered terrace with seating, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower/toilet. The entire floor is fully air-conditioned, and wireless Internet access is also available. The landlord lives nearby.
