- The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly built building in the suburbs of Porec, just 1.5 km from the beach with sports facilities. A shop and restaurant are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, and the centre of Porec is only a five-minute drive away. The apartment has a 150 m² lawn garden and two private parking spaces. The modern, newly built holiday apartment for four people is 65 m² in size and consists of a living room with access to the garden and a partially covered terrace with garden furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/WC. The entire floor is air-conditioned. Wi-Fi and mosquito nets on all windows are also available. The landlord lives nearby. Thanks to its location, this beautiful holiday apartment offers a completely private atmosphere.
