This premium residence is located in Spadici, a district of Porec, just 250 metres from the beach and 1500 metres from the old town. The house offers a total of five holiday flats, four of which were completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. In the garden there is a shared covered terrace with dining table and barbecue for outdoor dining. On the ground floor of the house there is a shared living room with a small kitchenette and seating area, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Each flat has its own parking space.
This holiday flat for 2 people is a 32 m2 one-room flat on the ground floor of the house. It consists of a bed-sitting room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and double bed, shower/WC and a covered terrace with garden furniture at the entrance. The flat has direct access to the garden.
