The villa features a well-equipped American-style kitchen with induction cooking, complete with essential appliances including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware. A comfortable living area includes a fireplace for those cooler evenings, and a TV with multiple language options for entertainment.



The bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and an additional supplementary bed, accommodating up to two guests comfortably. The villa includes one bathroom with a shower, ensuring convenience and privacy. Modern comforts include complimentary WiFi and air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay.



Outside, enjoy a private 3.5 x 5 metre swimming pool, perfect for relaxing summer days.
