Restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes and are only 50 metres away. The house is situated on a fenced plot with garden and has several holiday flats. The landlord lives on the 2nd floor and the car park is in the courtyard. This holiday flat for 2 persons is located on the 1st floor on an area of 55m2 and consists of living room, kitchen with dining table, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower/WC and balcony with seating and barbecue.
