Villa Perla, luxurious modern holiday home with pool and jacuzzi near Porec.
The holiday home is particularly attractive because of the one floor of the house that "ends" in the pool, the external stairs leading to the terrace from the bedrooms and the large roof terrace with wonderful panoramic view of the sea, with Jacuzzi, lounge set and sun loungers. Villa Perla is situated on its own enclosed property of 620 sqm where guests have an outdoor pool of 50 sqm, covered terrace with barbecue fireplace and dining table, sun deck with sun loungers, well-maintained lawn and parking for two vehicles.
Holiday home of 220 sqm on two air-conditioned floors with 75 sqm roof terrace. On the ground floor is a luxuriously furnished living room with sitting area, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, a shower/toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a double bed and shower/toilet, another shower/toilet is in the hallway.
Youth groups are strictly forbidden!
NOTE: The pool can be used in the period 01.05. - 31.10.
