Perfect house

A great place for our family holiday. The house has a good interior layout and the garden and pool area is perfect. Furniture is good and kitchen has all you need to cook. The host has very quick to respond to any questions we had. Poreč is a very nice little village with many restaurants.

Great house in a pleasant town

Great nice and big house. We stayed 15 ppl (9-50 years) and were very comfortable. Something to do for everyone. A bit too far to walk to the beach. Can really recommend for anyone

We rented this home for 1 week in early July. The manager of the property was very nice. He responded right away whenever we had a concern and tried to help as much as possible. He was excellent but the property was not. The kitchen counters were dirty as well as the refrigerator. The ping pong table had 2 paddles and 1 ping pong ball and both paddles were in bad shape from being left outside. Usually rental homes of this size (at least the ones we have previously rented) come equipped with the basics (paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. ) This home had no laundry detergent, no extra toilet paper (just the role in each bathroom), no extra paper towels, no dishwasher detergent, no foil, saran wrap, etc. He did bring us a package of toilet paper when we asked. The tv did not work so he called a technician that came out that day to fix it. He was able to fix it (again very kind) but then we realized that one of the remotes didn't have batteries (he came back out). The internet was not very strong. There were 10 of us and if more than 4 of us were on the Wi-Fi it became so slow. Kids could not even watch a show on tv because it would buffer for so long. The induction stove didn't work. Again, the caretaker, Benjamin, came out to see what he could do but was unable to do anything. We found several shards of glass by the swimming pool on the day we arrived. Two of the bedrooms don't have ac which was hard for the people in those rooms. Just not what we expected.

Tolles Anwesen mit allem Komfort - Bäcker, Restaurants, Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar aber es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und einiges funktioniert nicht mehr richtig. Wir sind da nicht pingelig aber dann steht der Preis irgendwann nicht mehr im Verhältnis zum angebotenen Objekt.
