The tastefully furnished living/dining area comes equipped with a satellite TV and air conditioning, leading to the swimming pool through an exit. On the upper floor, the villa features four bedrooms: one room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, another room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, a third room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, and the fourth room with a bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. All four bedrooms have access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the main floor.
