  • Would you like to spend your holiday in a small and peaceful, picturesque village that is at the same time only a few minutes' drive from one of the most beautiful coastal destinations in Istria? If so, Villa Val near Pore could be an ideal accommodation option for you. This modern villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 + 2 people. Thanks to the open-plan layout, impressive glass doors and large windows that let in plenty of natural light, the villa makes a spacious and bright impression from the very first glance. The villa has been very tastefully decorated as a combination of modern furniture and hand-picked eye-catching details, such as paintings, designer lighting and many plants and flowers that add to the warm and welcoming feel. The fully equipped kitchen, which is connected to the dining area, opens onto two terraces where you can either relax from sunbathing and swimming, or simply enjoy the scent of lavender.The beautiful Villa Val is located in a quiet, picturesque village called Valkarin, near Porec - one of the most important holiday resorts in Istria. The first beaches are 4 kilometres from the villa in the seaside resort of Plava Laguna. Here you will find the stone and pebble beaches awarded with Blue Flags for quality and the turquoise Adriatic Sea. A supermarket and restaurant are within 4 km of the villa. Tourism in Porec is more than sea, sun and tourist image. Tourists can easily recognise the historical values of the city. In Porec you can find museums, galleries and many valuable places. The priceless city centre is located on a small peninsula. The city was founded during the reign of the Roman Empire. During your stay at the villa, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the old town centre of Porec. Porec is an attractive holiday destination as you can enjoy various sports (tennis, beach volleyball, football, horse riding, cycling, hiking, water sports).

Wir waren das erste Mal in der Villa Val in Valkarin und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich super ausgestattet. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir würden die Villa Val aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.Der Check-in und Check out hat auch super funktioniert und Fiorella war jederzeit erreichbar. Porec erreicht man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und ein Strand ist auch ca. in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir fanden die Lage super. Es war ruhig aber dennoch nah an Porec.

Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten sonst war alles perfekt.

Die Villa Val ist super! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein sehr sehr gut ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Haus. Elisa ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Es sind nur ein paar Fahrminuten nach Porec. Lage und Haus kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. 😊
