Enjoy typical holidays on Majorca in this town house set in Porreres. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The houses' exteriors are beautiful, ideal for summer holidays! There's a spacious terrace with several loungers and a porch where you can enjoy great al fresco dining. Maybe you fancy a tasty barbecue? Indoors, the rustic styled rooms with well kept furniture are distributed on two floor. There's a living-dining room with space for six guests on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas stove and the most important utensils for cooking. Also on the ground floor you'll find a shower bath. The two bedrooms are on the first floor (one with double bed and one with twin beds). All bedrooms come with a closet. There's another shower bath on the first floor. If you travel with your baby, there's a cot and a high chair. Furthermore, the house provides you with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Good location if you have a car
Good location if you have a car. Parking is extremely hard. Always had to park far away from the home, and do not park on the yellow lines or the car will be towed and you will be fined which did happen. This was not mentioned that you are not allowed to park infront of the home and on the yellow lines ( as a person that is not from spain this could have definitely been mentioned). The door bell sound is very low.
Ein wirklich schönes Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Ärgernis ist die Organisation des Mülls. Im Vertrag ist eine Vertragsstrafe von 90 vereinbart, wenn man Müll hinterlässt. Allerdings wird der Müll nach Wochentagen abgeholt, was schwierig ist, weil im Haus zwei unterschiedliche Müllkalender hängen, von denen natürlich nur einer gilt. Der ungültige sollte entfernt werden. Wir haben den Müll immer mit dem Auto zum Wertstoffhof gefahren, aber was machen Gäste, die kein Auto haben? Beim Verlassen des vorderen Schlafzimmers muss man immer eine Stufe nach unten auf die Treppe treten und sich dann entscheiden, ob man weiter nach unten oder wieder nach oben geht. Das halten wir für gefährlich, speziell nachts.

I liked: Excellente location au calme et bien agencée Avons passés un très bon séjour
Jolie maison d'un village charmant ! Location centrale pour visiter l'ile , la plage d 'es trenc magnifique à 20 min. Le logement serait parfait si les chambres etaient climatisees. Nous avions des ventilateurs à disposition mais ce n'était pas suffisant avec les fortes chaleurs du mois de Juillet. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Perfect value for money if you have a car and looking for more local experience.
Positivo: Very spacious house - as it has 3 completely separated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so it is very good even for larger groups. Everything was ready for us (welcome snack, bbq charcoal, water) and house was clean. As it is located in centre of the island, good location if you have car - 30 minutes drive to many beaches. House fully corresponds with pictures. Nice BBQ.
Negativo. Not good location in case you have no car. 1st bedroom window face road side, so it gets a bit noisy early morning.

Maison très bien équipée, très cosy, complète il ne manquait rien, conforme à sa description et même plus grande que sur les photos. Nous sommes arrivés tard le premier soir, et nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer la nuit et le petit déjeuner le lendemain matin. J'ai adoré la salle de bain extérieure et apprécié le barbecue. Bien située commerce et restaurants à proximité accessibles à pied. Il manquerait juste une climatisation dans les chambres à l'étage pour être la maison parfaite dans le cas des fortes chaleurs de début août. Je conseille cette location finalement centrale pour rayonner dans toute l'île.
